Our Daily Show host Sydney Sinks talks with Adam Marburger of Riverbend Rescue about Keys for Kids, the nonprofit’s holiday gift program for local families, and its planned dueling-piano fundraiser at Rustic Roots in Wood River. Marburger describes how school staff help identify children’s needs and how the organization hopes to serve 100 families. He also discusses ways to support the fundraiser and Riverbend Rescue’s work in the community.

Tina Bennett and Wesley Strowmatt of Mustache March for PD discuss the Fill the Pantry food drive honoring Officer Blake Snyder, including donations for local food pantries and hygiene supplies. They also explain the group’s support for 15 area police departments, from equipment and department needs to sending officers to Police Week in Washington, D.C.

Rosetta “Rosie” Brown discusses her campaign for Illinois State Representative in District 111, her experience in local government and education, and her priorities, including affordability, property taxes, schools, workforce development, healthcare, public safety and economic growth.
