Relive the 108th Annual Alton Halloween Parade! Watch the full replay of one of Alton’s longest-running and most beloved traditions, featuring more than 60 parade entries, marching bands, floats, and community groups.

This year’s parade was led by Parade Marshal Karen Wilson and showcased the winning poster design by Nora Mifflin of Alton High School. The event continues a 108-year tradition organized by the East End Improvement Association, celebrating community spirit, creativity, and Halloween fun throughout the Riverbend.
