If you are new to yoga or have never done yoga before, this 2 part series is for you. On day 1, you will be guided through a 90 minute workshop and mock yoga class, stopping frequently for demonstrations and modifications. In addition, traditional yoga studio etiquette will be covered. Questions and an open dialogue are welcome. On day 2, participants will take a 60 minute beginner’s yoga class, where you will practice your new skills. After practicing alignment, modifications for and names of yoga poses, participants will have the confidence to walk into a group yoga class setting.
