Conversation on Displacement in St. Louis

This is a past event that has already occured.
@ Pulitzer Arts Foundation | St. Louis, MO

About this event

Led by Tara Tee, a St. Louis-based activist and human rights advocate, this conversation examines the displacement of Black bodies in St. Louis as a result of systemic racism and the instability caused by oppression and colonization of land and culture. Prompted by the universal themes of place, belonging, and impermanence in Mona Hatoum: Terra Infirma, this storytelling program will engage participants in exploring the ways in which “home” is experienced by various communities in the region.
